Ganz egal ob in den zur internationalen 1. Liga zählenden Clubs, oder an weniger konventionellen Orten wie Parkhäusern, Tiefgaragen und U-Bahnstationen - Berlins exzessive Partys sind weltweit bekannt. Nicht umsonst ist mittlerweile auch ein regelrechter Partytourismus ausgebrochen, der mehr oder weniger täglich tausende Feierwütige aus allen Teilen der Erde anlockt, um dieses Spektakel live und in Farbe mitzuerleben.

Die ganze Stadt wird non-stop befeiert und ihr atemberaubender Sound durchdringt mittlerweile 7 Tage die Woche und 365 Tage im Jahr sämtlich Boxen der Clubs und Underground Locations.
Durch die einst von einer Mauer durchzogene Stadt, in der es unzählige Grenzen und Verbote gab, drängt längst ein Gefühl von Freiheit, wie es kaum in einer anderen Stadt auf diesem Planeten zu finden ist.

Beflügelt von einem Mix aus Nostalgie und Moderne kreierte die Hauptstadt eine einzigartige Club- und Soundkultur, der heute für das Zentrum von House, Electro, Minimal und Techno steht.
Die Sound of Berlin Compilation hat es sich dabei zur Aufgabe gemacht diesen unverwechselbaren Klang der Stadt einzufangen und ihn nunmehr schon zum 6. Mal als exklusiven Onlinedownload ihren weltweit verbreiteten Anhängern zur Verfügung zu stellen.

These two whacked-out guys are tearing up new ground at an alarming rate and are bringing the freshest sound south of the border to their home country. And with great success, because Gooseflesh are becoming an house-hold name in Turkey and are rapidly spreading their infective killer-groove all across Europe and light-years beyond.

In case the word hasn`t spread to your side of the bed yet, well check-out their bad ass EP Dodgems, about to be unleashed worldwide by the revered German label Freakz Me Out.

The great thing about Gooseflesh is, they are not simply ripping off their big heroes across the bay, no, these two maniacs have developed their own sound and have found great supporters from the all across the scene. Or would studs like Tiga, Azzido Da Bass and Fisherspooner ask these guys to hit the studio for them? I believe not!

The up and coming EP features bodacious remixes by sizzling acts such as the Italian Number 1 newcomers Cyberpunkers (absolute peak time material), the extremely respected German producer Markus Lange vs. Stereofunk, the funky Cryptonites and the raging aUtOdiDaKt.

Every single musician showcased on the “Dodgems EP” gives this new output their own special, unique touch, from groovy to “are you out of your mind”, these remixes cover all aspects of modern club culture.

Another exciting feature presented on this blazing fresh release is the fact that Clint Langley is responsible for the cover artwork. In the event you have not heard about this bloke yet, he is the acclaimed Marvel artist accountable for your favorite comic heroes Punisher, Ghost Rider and Warcraft.

Hamburg bad boy Electro Ferris, member of heavyweight German band Deichkind, returns with his second single on Freakz Me Out and it is a big hitter, as it were.

Co-produced and engineered by Tobitob of Moonbootica, “Fight Club” is a huge Electro anthem, with pitch-bending goose bump chords, crisp beats and plenty of sidechaining rave fuel. As per usual we have a hand picked assortment of the finest remixers around doing their magic on this one.
